Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower medium-sized
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs lightly beaten

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice.
  • Steam the cauliflower 'rice' for about 5 minutes, then let it cool.
  • Use a clean kitchen towel to squeeze out as much moisture as possible from the cauliflower.
  • In a bowl, mix the drained cauliflower, mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and eggs until fully combined.
  • Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and shape into a flat circle about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
  • Add your favorite pizza toppings and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.

Notes

Ensure the cauliflower is squeezed very dry for the best results. Adjust the amount of cheese and spices according to your preference.
