Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth to form a batter.
Dip each cauliflower floret in the batter, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat in breadcrumbs.
Place the coated cauliflower florets on the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower bites.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through cooking.
