  • 0.5 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 0.5 tsp paprika smoked

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the carrot slices in a large bowl. Add olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss until the carrots are evenly coated.
  • Spread the seasoned carrot slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the carrots are crispy and golden brown. Flip halfway through for even cooking.
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
