Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Add the grated carrots, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.
Fold in the chopped walnuts if using.
