Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a medium bowl, mix cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Add peppermint extract and mix well.
Beat in melted chocolate until combined.
In another bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the chocolate mixture.
Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.
Before serving, sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
Notes
Store pie in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
