Instructions
Brew the Coffee:
Use an espresso machine, moka pot, French press, or any method that produces a rich, bold cup of coffee.
Heat the Milk:
In a small saucepan (or microwave), gently warm the milk until steaming—do not boil. If desired, froth slightly using a whisk or frother.
Combine:
Pour equal parts of hot coffee and milk into each cup. Adjust the ratio to your preference—some like it half-and-half, others prefer more milk than coffee.
Sweeten & Flavor (Optional):
Stir in sugar, a sprinkle of cinnamon, or a touch of vanilla for added flavor.
Serve Hot:
Enjoy immediately with toast, churros, or a buttery pastry.
Notes
For a richer taste, use whole milk. Adjust the sweetness according to your preference.
