  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee espresso-style or very dark roast
  • 1 cup whole milk or any milk of your choice
  • Optional: sugar cinnamon, or a splash of vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Brew the Coffee:
  • Use an espresso machine, moka pot, French press, or any method that produces a rich, bold cup of coffee.
  • Heat the Milk:
  • In a small saucepan (or microwave), gently warm the milk until steaming—do not boil. If desired, froth slightly using a whisk or frother.
  • Combine:
  • Pour equal parts of hot coffee and milk into each cup. Adjust the ratio to your preference—some like it half-and-half, others prefer more milk than coffee.
  • Sweeten & Flavor (Optional):
  • Stir in sugar, a sprinkle of cinnamon, or a touch of vanilla for added flavor.
  • Serve Hot:
  • Enjoy immediately with toast, churros, or a buttery pastry.

Notes

For a richer taste, use whole milk. Adjust the sweetness according to your preference.
