  • 1.5 cups Cadbury Mini Eggs roughly chopped

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
  • Add the vanilla extract and eggs to the mixture and beat until smooth.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Fold in the chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs.
  • Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish, smoothing it out to an even layer.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the blondies to cool in the pan before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

You can substitute Cadbury Mini Eggs with other candy-coated chocolates or add chopped nuts for extra crunch.
