Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
Add eggs and sifted flour to the yeast mixture and mix until just combined.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes, then add softened butter and salt. Continue kneading until fully incorporated.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 12 equal parts, shape into rolls, and place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover and let rise again for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375°F.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For an extra touch, brush the tops with melted butter before baking.
