  • 2 pounds chicken wings split and tips discarded
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour for coating
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add the chicken wings and toss until they are fully coated.
  • Place the wings on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, turning them halfway through.
  • In a small bowl, mix the buffalo sauce and melted butter.
  • Remove wings from oven and toss in the sauce mixture until well coated.

Notes

These wings are best served immediately with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
