Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add the chicken wings and toss until they are fully coated.
Place the wings on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, turning them halfway through.
In a small bowl, mix the buffalo sauce and melted butter.
Remove wings from oven and toss in the sauce mixture until well coated.
Notes
These wings are best served immediately with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
