Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine buttermilk with 1/4 cup of buffalo sauce and marinate chicken tenders for at least 30 minutes.
In another bowl, mix flour, panko breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Dredge marinated chicken tenders in the flour mixture and fry in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
Remove chicken from oil and drain on paper towels. Toss with remaining buffalo sauce.
Notes
