  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon zest freshly grated
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika smoked
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven's broiler. Place the oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source.
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and brush with olive oil.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • Place salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet and brush with the olive oil mixture.
