  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 cup crushed crackers Ritz or similar

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cheese, soup, and milk. Mix well.
  • Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish. Top with crushed crackers.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through and top is golden brown.

Notes

Best served warm. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
