  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 4 medium flour tortillas cut into strips
  • 0.5 cup chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cumin, and garlic powder.
  • Layer tortilla strips in a greased baking dish.
