  • 4 medium limes washed and quartered
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 6 cups cold water
  • 0.5 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes for serving

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Place quartered limes into a blender with sugar and half of the water.
  • Pulse the blender a few times until the limes are roughly blended and the mixture is homogenized.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove the lime rinds.
  • Stir in the remaining water and sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  • Serve immediately over ice cubes.

Notes

For an extra touch, garnish with mint leaves or lime slices.
