Preparation Steps

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into even-sized chunks.
  • Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Add salt.
  • Bring to a boil over medium-high heat then reduce to a simmer. Cook until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
