  • 0.75 cup brown sugar packed

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup dried blueberries

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a separate large bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture, blending well.
  • Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, followed by the oats and dried blueberries.
  • Drop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown around the edges. Cool on wire racks.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week. You can substitute dried blueberries with fresh ones if preferred.
