Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a separate large bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
Add the eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture, blending well.
Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, followed by the oats and dried blueberries.
Drop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown around the edges. Cool on wire racks.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week. You can substitute dried blueberries with fresh ones if preferred.
