  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley for garnish
  • 1 unit Lemon sliced into wedges for serving

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your Blackstone griddle to high heat.
  • Rub the steaks with olive oil on both sides.
  • Season the steaks with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Place the steaks on the hot griddle and cook for about 3–4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting for desired doneness.
  • Add butter to the top of each steak and let it melt while the steaks rest for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For optimal flavor, let the steaks rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
