Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your Blackstone griddle to high heat.
Rub the steaks with olive oil on both sides.
Season the steaks with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Place the steaks on the hot griddle and cook for about 3–4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting for desired doneness.
Add butter to the top of each steak and let it melt while the steaks rest for 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
For optimal flavor, let the steaks rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
