This easy Bisquick sausage balls recipe is a classic holiday favorite made with just three ingredients. Perfect for breakfast, a snack, or party appetizer!
1lbground pork sausagemild, spicy, or breakfast-style
2cupsshredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2cupsBisquick baking mix
2tablespoonsmilkoptional, for extra moisture
1/2teaspoongarlic powderoptional
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Preheat Oven:
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Mix Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the sausage, cheese, Bisquick mix, pepper, and garlic powder (if using). Use your hands or a sturdy spoon to mix everything until well combined. If the mixture feels too dry, add a tablespoon or two of milk.
Shape the Balls:
Scoop and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
Bake:
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
