Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the cake mix according to the package instructions and bake in a 9x13 inch pan.
While the cake is baking, whisk together the pudding mixes and milk in a large bowl until thick.
Once the cake has finished baking, remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Poke holes all over the cake using the handle of a wooden spoon.
Pour the banana pudding over the cake, spreading it evenly over the top and making sure the pudding fills the holes.
Top with slices of banana, then spread the whipped topping over the entire cake.
Sprinkle the crushed vanilla wafers over the top, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
