  • 8 oz fusilli pasta or any short pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls halved
  • 0.25 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup black olives sliced
  • 0.5 cup basil fresh, chopped
  • 0.5 cup balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, mozzarella balls, red onion, black olives, and basil.
  • Pour the balsamic vinaigrette over the pasta salad and toss until all ingredients are well coated.
