  • 1 tbsp olive oil or canola oil
  • 2 tsp paprika smoked preferred
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Rinse the turkey wings under cool water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Toss the wings in the mixture until well-coated.
  • Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 90 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and fully cooked.

Notes

These wings go great with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad. Adjust the spice level by adding a pinch of cayenne pepper if you like them with a kick.
