Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Scoop out some of the avocado flesh from each half to create space for the egg. Place the avocado halves in a small baking dish to keep them upright.
Crack an egg into each avocado half, being careful not to spill the yolk.
Season with salt and black pepper.
