  • 1 cup breadcrumbs plain or seasoned
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Place flour in another shallow dish. In a third shallow dish, beat the eggs.
  • Dredge each chicken tender in flour, shaking off excess, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  • Arrange chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
