Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels, then place them in a large bowl.
Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken and toss to coat evenly.
In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried thyme.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the chicken and toss to coat.
Arrange the chicken drumsticks on a large baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispy skin, broil the chicken for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end.
