Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet.
Place the brie in the center of the pastry.
Spread apricot preserves over the top of the brie.
Drizzle honey and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Fold the pastry over the brie, trimming excess pastry as needed and press to seal.
Brush the pastry with beaten egg.
Bake on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Best served warm. You can experiment with different jams or nuts for variety.
