Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil and then with the spice mixture.
Wrap the bacon slices around the pork tenderloin, securing them with toothpicks if necessary.
Place the pork tenderloin on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped rosemary and serve.
