Preparation Steps

  • Wrap the bacon slices around the pork tenderloin, securing them with toothpicks if necessary.
  • Place the pork tenderloin on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped rosemary and serve.
