Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the prawns to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, honey, and rice vinegar.
Pour the sauce mixture over the prawns and stir to coat evenly.
Cook for an additional minute, then remove the skillet from heat.
Garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
