Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together.
Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Fold in the apples.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
Notes
