  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 cups diced apples peeled and cored
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together.
  • Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Fold in the apples.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  • Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.

Notes
