Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add garlic and onion, sautée until fragrant.
Add diced apple, cranberries, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Stir in chicken broth, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Bring to a boil.
Return chicken to the skillet, spooning some of the sauce over the chicken.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve warm, garnished with additional thyme if desired.
