Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, oats, brown sugar, and coconut.
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and golden syrup.
Dissolve baking soda in hot water, and add to the melted butter mixture. Stir the mixture into the dry ingredients.
Drop tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking tray.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool on a wire rack.

Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
