Instructions
Whisk the Marinade:
In a medium bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients together until well blended.
Marinate the Pork:
Place pork tenderloin (1.5–2 lbs) in a zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over it and turn to coat thoroughly. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight for maximum flavor.
Cook As Desired:
Remove pork from the marinade and discard remaining liquid. Grill, roast, or sear the pork until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C), then let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For best results, allow the pork to marinate overnight.
