Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a mixing bowl, add chickpea flour, salt, turmeric, and red chili powder.
Slowly add water and mix until a thick batter forms.
Fold in chopped green chilies and mixed vegetables.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
Remove pakoras from oil and drain on paper towels.
Notes
Serve pakoras immediately for best results. They can be enjoyed with mint chutney or ketchup.
