Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a blender, combine oats and blend to a fine flour.
In a large bowl, mix oat flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, vanilla extract, vegetable oil, and applesauce.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto the skillet.
Cook until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
