  • 8 oz imitation crab meat flaked or chopped
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 0.25 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine the imitation crab meat, celery, red bell pepper, and red onion. Mix well.
  • In a separate small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the crab mixture and toss gently to coat.
  • Sprinkle fresh dill over the top and gently toss again.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For an extra touch, garnish with lemon wedges or serve on a bed of mixed greens.
