  • 16 oz lump crab meat fresh or canned, drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise full-fat preferred
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp old bay seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • 0.25 cup chives chopped
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Gently fold in the crab meat, old bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, chives, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with additional chives or parsley if desired.

Notes

For a spicier dip, increase the cayenne pepper to 1/2 teaspoon. Serve with baguette slices, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
