Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your waffle maker.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
  • Add the shredded mozzarella cheese, almond flour, baking powder, and salt to the beaten eggs. Stir until well combined.
  • Pour small portions of the batter onto the preheated waffle maker. Close the lid and cook for 3-5 minutes or until the chaffles are golden brown and crispy.
