Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add bok choy to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the greens are wilted and stems are tender-crisp.
Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Stir to combine and heat through for another minute.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
Notes
For an added kick, sprinkle some red pepper flakes when adding the garlic. Enjoy it over steamed rice or with your favorite protein.
