Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Place the patties in the air fryer basket and cook for 7-8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
If using cheese, place a slice on each patty and cook for an additional minute, until melted.
Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun and topping with lettuce, tomato slices, and red onion slices.
Notes
Feel free to add your favorite condiments like ketchup, mustard or mayonnaise.
