  • 1.5 lb flank steak sliced into thin strips
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 8 flour tortillas warmed
  • 1 cup guacamole optional
  • 1 cup salsa optional

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine the steak strips, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper, and toss until the steak is well coated.
  • Add sliced bell peppers and onion to the bowl and toss lightly to mix.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  • Place the steak and vegetable mixture in the air fryer basket, and spread them out as evenly as possible.
  • Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  • Serve the steak and vegetables on warm tortillas with guacamole and salsa, if desired.

Notes

Feel free to add other toppings like sour cream, shredded cheese, or chopped cilantro to your fajitas for extra flavor!
