Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Pierce each potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape during cooking.
Rub the potatoes with olive oil, ensuring they are well-coated.
Sprinkle the potatoes with sea salt and black pepper.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
Cook for 35-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the skins are crispy. Turn them halfway through cooking for even crispness.
Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
