  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract pure
  • 0.25 cup chocolate chips optional, semi-sweet

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until fully combined.
  • Add the oats and chocolate chips to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper. Press the mixture evenly into the pan.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm. Cut into bars and enjoy.
