Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
In a 9x13 inch dish, arrange a layer of graham crackers on the bottom.
Spread a third of the whipped cream over the graham crackers.
Evenly scatter a third of the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries over the whipped cream.
Repeat the layering process two more times, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving, if desired.
Notes
For best results, make the cake a day ahead and let it chill overnight in the refrigerator for the flavors to fully develop.
