  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 14 pieces graham crackers
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh
  • 0.5 cup raspberries fresh
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate shavings optional, for garnish

Preparation Steps

  • In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  • In a 9x13 inch dish, arrange a layer of graham crackers on the bottom.
  • Spread a third of the whipped cream over the graham crackers.
  • Evenly scatter a third of the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries over the whipped cream.
  • Repeat the layering process two more times, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving, if desired.

Notes

For best results, make the cake a day ahead and let it chill overnight in the refrigerator for the flavors to fully develop.
