Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove pork chops from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add heavy cream, Dijon mustard, dried thyme, and garlic powder. Stir well to combine.
Bring the sauce to a simmer, then reduce heat to low.
Return the pork chops to the skillet and simmer in the sauce for an additional 10 minutes or until cooked through.
