  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Remove pork chops from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add heavy cream, Dijon mustard, dried thyme, and garlic powder. Stir well to combine.
  • Bring the sauce to a simmer, then reduce heat to low.
  • Return the pork chops to the skillet and simmer in the sauce for an additional 10 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
