  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Rosemary chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Thyme chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  • Rub the garlic and herb mixture all over the chicken, including inside the cavity.

  • Place the chicken breast side up on a roasting pan and roast for 75 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
