Preparation Steps
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Cut the pineapple into 1/2-inch thick slices, remove the core.
Mix brown sugar, ground cinnamon, honey, and vegetable oil in a small bowl.
Brush the pineapple slices with the sugar mixture on both sides.
Grill the pineapple slices for 4 minutes on each side until caramelized and grill marks appear.
Remove from the grill and serve warm or chilled.
Notes
For an extra touch, top grilled pineapple with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes.
