Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
In another bowl, whisk the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and grated apple until combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
