  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, bread crumbs, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, and garlic.
  • Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  • Form into small balls, about 1.5 inches in diameter, and place on a baking sheet.
