Preparation Steps
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush each ear of corn with melted butter and season with salt and black pepper.
Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
Remove from grill and sprinkle with chopped parsley, if using. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the butter before brushing onto the corn.
