Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush each ear of corn with melted butter and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
  • Remove from grill and sprinkle with chopped parsley, if using. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the butter before brushing onto the corn.
