Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until translucent.
Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are lightly browned on all sides.
Stir in the garlic and paprika, cooking for another minute.
Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
Stir in the sour cream. Simmer uncovered for another 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
