Course: Dessert, Snack
Kitchen: American, Holiday Treats
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour
Total Time: 1 hour 5 minutes
Servings: 30 clusters

Ingredients

  • 1 lb white almond bark or white chocolate melting wafers
  • 1 lb chocolate almond bark or milk chocolate melting wafers
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 16 oz dry roasted peanuts salted or unsalted
  • 16 oz mini pretzels broken into pieces (optional for added crunch)
  • Festive holiday sprinkles optional for decoration

Instructions

  • Layer Ingredients in the Crockpot: Add the white almond bark, chocolate almond bark, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips into the crockpot. Top with the peanuts (and pretzel pieces if using).
  • Cook on Low: Set your crockpot to low and cook for 1-2 hours, stirring every 20-30 minutes, until everything is melted and smooth. Be careful not to overcook, as the chocolate can burn if left too long without stirring.
  • Combine and Mix: Once everything is melted, stir well to combine all the ingredients into a smooth mixture.
  • Form Clusters: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Use a spoon to drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small clusters.
  • Add Sprinkles: While the clusters are still warm, sprinkle with holiday sprinkles if desired.
  • Cool and Set: Allow the clusters to cool and harden at room temperature for about 1 hour, or place them in the refrigerator for faster setting.
